📜 Payment Terms – Full Manuscript Services (POA only)

Custom quotation – after you submit your enquiry, you’ll receive a personalised price based on word count, genre, and the depth of editorial feedback required.
Interest‑free instalment plans – for Full Manuscripts, you can split the total cost into 2, 3, or 4 monthly instalments with zero interest. These plans are arranged directly with Soo Generis (not via Stripe). We will send you a simple agreement and invoice schedule.
Typical structure: 50% deposit to secure your slot, then the remaining balance split into equal interest‑free monthly payments. We can also tailor a plan that works for your budget.
Turnaround – work begins after the deposit (first payment) is received.
Cancellation & refunds – you may cancel within 7 days of making the deposit for a full refund. After editorial work has commenced (initial read or notes delivered), no refunds are issued.
All services are confidential. Manuscripts and personal data are never shared.
